Driver waiting times
We understand how important a punctual pickup is. The following waiting times apply:
- Standard pickups: for hotels and private addresses, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the agreed time and will aim to arrive approximately 10 minutes early.
- Airport, port and railway station pickups: one hour of complimentary waiting time is included. If you provide your flight, ship or train number when booking, the driver can monitor the arrival and adjust pickup for delays or early arrivals, where possible.
- Hourly service: the driver and vehicle remain at your disposal throughout the booked period, without additional waiting-time limits within that period.
