Changing your vehicle category
We understand that plans can change. If you would like to change the vehicle category for your Blacklux transfer, you have two options:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: you can cancel your current booking and make a new one with your preferred vehicle category. You can manage your booking here: Manage booking.
- Within 24 hours of pickup: contact our customer service team so we can help find a suitable solution. Additional charges may apply.
