Creating your account
When you book your first journey with Blacklux, the system automatically creates an account using the email address entered during booking. A password is generated automatically and sent in the account confirmation and booking confirmation emails after payment has been verified and completed.
If you prefer to create an account before booking, you can download the Blacklux app for Android or iOS from the official app stores. You can register by email or sign in using Google or Apple ID. After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
