You can change or cancel your booking through the Blacklux website. Sign in to your account using the email address and password provided in your confirmation email.
Changes to the pickup date and time are free of charge when made at least 24 hours in advance. You can update these details directly in your account by selecting a new date or time.
If there are fewer than 24 hours before pickup, online changes will no longer be available. Please contact us through chat.
To change your pickup address or destination, contact us through chat or email info@blackluxt.com.
Changes of address or additional stops may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before confirmation.
