Travelling with pets
When booking, describe your pet and specify the number of passengers in the Notes for the driver field.
If you do not tell us about your pet in advance, additional charges may apply.
Our partners may refuse to transport pets that have not been declared or included in Special Requests, or pets that are not secured in an appropriate closed carrier.
If you are travelling with a dog in a carrier, we recommend booking a minivan or a more spacious vehicle, taking your luggage into account. Book now.
Assistance animals may travel without a carrier in accordance with local regulations.
